I had a hard time deciding on just how hard I was going to work today.  I went from a possible additional rest day to just upper body, to just one set of lower body, to the whole she-bang.  Glad, I stuck it out and did it all.  I really do like this workout.  I like the music better in high reps, but this one doesn't seem to drag like High Reps did (maybe it was just the one time it drug for me?).  Anyway, got some awesome burns.. and I added a bit more triceps and biceps.  Skipped a few reps of deadlifts, as I felt those were overdone....and my arms could use more attention.  In the end I burned 591 calories with my average at 125.

We're staying in today, we're expecting a snow storm, but who knows just how much.  Yesterday we took the boys bowling, to a movie, and to Mcdonald's playland....It will be nice to stay in the house and be lazy today!
