Gretchen- Do you have specific exercises that you do in the pool? We just built

a new home/pool and once my broken leg is a little more healed, I would like to

begin aquatics.

Also, how much Vit E do you take each day? I was going to begin taking it for my

neuropathic pain.

Hi Amy,

Yes, I have specific exercises I do and am always adding new ones,

learning more from others, the personal trainers, etc. But I never

spend more than one full hour at a time in the pool - that's key:

the water is about 94 degrees F, so no warm up needed, I can start

right in with cardio if I want. Some days at the end of my workout,

I will just " chill " as I call it and swim laps, lol

Look in our Files for Aquatic Exercise, open the File, in there

somewhere I attempted to make a list of exercises I do a while back.

I may need to update this. Sort of hard to explain with only the

written word - you really need to see how these are done. Maybe I'll

get someone to video one of my workouts.

As for my Vitamin E, I take one 1000 IU capsule each morning.
