IMO it's the hardest one of the 12 disc set. brought it during shoulders & arms and the ran out of gas to do ab ripper. 15 X 2-- shoulder, biceps, and triceps. i love straight dumbbell workouts:)have to think a little more about which weight to pick for this--tony is fast. also have to remember to count my reps!! i like how tony does a thorough warmup, cooldown/stretch--chalean extreme was not good with the stretch at the end--i gave up on it and did my own after a burn!! yoga x tomorrow... stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm thinking of doing a Classic Rotation - halfsies, though. I didn't really like Ab RipperX, it hurt my hip flexors, so I will substitute there. I'm also not sure about Yoga X - I may substitute for that one, too.
