If so, I would think I would pass that on to Dr. Mercola as a tip for his consumers. He is selling raw milk online now and that kind of advice would be absolutely invaluable. Sorry to beat a dead horse, but...does it REALLY REALLY work, I mean EVERY time? All I can tell you is second hand word from all those who have made a practice of adding it that it truly works. It is also used in canning milk (so much for raw dairy lol) to keep it from separating when it's canned. I wanted to freeze cream for whipping later but didn't know if it'd work for cream. I do know from personal friends who swear it works every time that freeze milk. Sorry I can't give you " my personal experience " it works but I trust those who do it and have told me it works. I've always stored that bit if information if I ever needed it and felt confident to pass on the information as fact. Our freezer is always to full of our own meat to have room for milk. Butter yes, and some cream now but not milk the way we consume it LOL. Love, Debbie PS.
