Guest guest
and he made sure I wouldn't forget it, either. I'm pretty sure I just got my quads and ass handed to me on a plate. It was one of those times where I had to squeak out a " HELP! " here and there because I was pushing up with all my might and the bar wouldn't budge and that fear of falling set in. He got a kick out of the trainer I told him about at the Sweat Shop making his client do arm and leg extensions in a tabletop and unweighted bridge lifts. I would love to see that trainer do one of Noel's workouts. I wish all of you could do Leg Day with Noel so then you would completely empathize with the sheer suckiness of it and then when I whine about it you can all knowingly nod your heads. The nice thing is, the squat portion of the workout is over with in about 15 minutes and you totally feel the results later.Shoulders were tougher than usual today too, which I appreciate. I really want people to gawk at my arm muscles this summer in the elevator, which of course also means getting stricter with the diet. Ug! Easier said than done! I'm sick of being stuck at this 175 lb mark, yet I don't want to make the sacrifices necessary to get past it. Some of the fun conversation this evening revolved around saying once you buy a pair of socks and put them on the left and right foot then they forever need to go on those feet thereafter. The other funny story was how when Noel was at the grocery store in a muscle shirt some woman came up to him and said he had the most perfect nipples *L* My session was at 5;15, it's 7:40 now and I'm already feeling this in my legs and shoulders. YEEEESSSS!
