Guest guest Posted January 15, 2011 Report Share Posted January 15, 2011 Hi everyone,Week # 2 of Firm Express (I'm following the beginner plan, but doing each cycle 3X):Sunday - Treadmill Walk using Hills and Speed/Pilates (one of Mari Winsor's)Monday - Mile to Wake Up; Firm Express Ignite Sculpt, stretching on my ownTuesday - Ellen's Barefoot Cardio & Pick Your Level Weight Loss PilatesWed - Mile to Wake Up, Firm Express Ignite Cardio, 2 more Miles, stretch (on my own)Thurs - O'Brien's Strong Body, Fit BodyFriday - Firm Express Ignite Cardio & Sculpt, 15 min on ex. bike, 15 min of Classical Stretch, LONG (almost 2 hours) walk outdoors w/ friendSat - Classical Stretch Recorded Episode from Season 5So far, this rotation is very do-able for me since I have a lot of "free" days to fit in whatever!Tomorrow some type of cardio, Pilates/stretch.
