Guest guest Posted February 16, 2011 Report Share Posted February 16, 2011 I was going to do Amy's ASC4, but I couldn't bring myself to do it.. I think because I was afraid of being tripped up and frustrated again. Anyway, I decided to go with the first part of Christi's Still Steppin'. What an awesome workout. I was whipped though at the 30-minute mark and very thankful that I didn't have time (nor plan) on doing the last 20 minutes  With the cooldown, it ended up being about 40 minutes. I burned 444 calories with my average at 134. I'm in awe w/ her cuing. Her workouts are complex, but somehow she makes them so do-able w/ her superb cuing.
