Instead of my normal " round " abs, I did planks and pushups for the abs section. , I did 12 pushups on my toes!!! I'm telling you, there's just something different about doing a workout at home, and one at a gym; especially if you are teaching. I do a whole lot more if I am teaching, so I stayed on my toes for the first 12 pushups, then we did some planks and twisting planks (that's what I call them), then we did 12 more pushups. The second set I did on my knees. But that's ok, that's 12 more on my toes than what I've been doing at home! I thought you would get a kick out of this, !
