which first---valtrex or mB12?

I sent this inquiry earlier but for some reason it does not appear in the

posted messages. I will try again.

Can anyone speak to the question of whether or not valtrex or mB12 are

better started in a particular order because one serves as a support for

the effectiveness of the other?

Also, are the specific supplements that should be given with either of

these?
