Guest guest
You guessed right! My tubes are both stamped with lot #309345. Should I not use them? Return them for a refund? This is the first time we've tried Authia, so it's just my luck to get the bad batch! Thanks- Sue
Guest guest
Sara, Can I ask how old your child is? Eighteen months is not a long time Becky Info. on Authia My daughter has been using Authia since the day it arrived in Dr. Lonsdale's office in September (she was TTFD prior). We never had the terrible smell with Authia like we did with the TTFD until recently. The last tube I purchased is terrible. After using it for one week I called Westlake to find out if something was wrong with the new tube. They said that they were having an analysis drawn on lot #309345 because people were noticing a difference in odor level. This lot has a darker pink color too. Westlake expects to have the results within a few days. When I hear from them I will let you know what the outcome is. Some recent posts voiced concern over the odor. Check your lot# to see if you have tube #309345. Dr. Lonsdale told us that since removing metals with Authia/TTFD was a slow process that we would be using it for at least 18 months. Guest guest
Becky, is will be six in June. I beleive 18 months is definatley the minimum. Dr. Lonsdale says there are still a lot of questions to be answered regarding TTFD. He doesn't know for sure how long it will take to get her metal load down. But even once this happens I think will always need TTFD to keep the metal load at bay. Sara it until > Sara, > > Can I ask how old your child is? Guest guest
Same here. First order, same lot number, haven't used any, but have opened it to see if it smelled. I'd be very interested to know what Westlake says and if they are willing to refund if there is a problem. As for bright yellow urine--if you take a lot of b vitamins, that's what happens.
