Can you be allergic to KT?

I made some KT and my friend wanted to try so I gave her a little

about 1/4 to 1/3 cup to taste. She loved the taste but soon afterwards

she started to have a headache. Is this a side affect? When I drank

it for the first time I did not have that kind of reaction.

PS. The next day she still had a slight headache. Is this common?

Please explain. Thank You.
