Check with your doctor about the exercise. I was a high-risk mom, and my OB

didn't want me doing ANYTHING but walking. But that was 20 years ago, so he may

think differently now. If everything is " normal, " then exercise shouldn't be a

problem.

Darcy is our resident pregnancy expert right now! Her workouts are HARD!

I think if you're already working out and already in shape you can continue to work out.  I know aerobics instructors who taught spin class up til the last month or so - but each individual is different, so do check with your doctor for the final final

I think you should talk to your Dr. about it and first make sure that you are pregnant then find out if you should stop or lift lighter weights.
