Guest guest
After a long time toiling in the hospital instead of on my computer, I received a short text to be translated into English, from a surgical unit in France... It is about coronary bypass surgery and the only term (in fact abbreviation) I have problems finding is " CPIB " (anterograde) in the description of the surgery itself, more precisely in the cannulation and ECC process. Does anyone know the meaning of that " CPIB " in French or, better still, does anyone have a translation for it? I would be ever grateful for any help! Guest guest
Dear Anne, Very interested in your " CPIB " , cardiology being my favourite subject. Cannot think of any french (I am french) abbreviation for this. Could be english : cardio-pulmonary something (internal bypass???). Give the name of the authors and the title of the article. A quick ring might do the trick ? Cordialement Jean-François
Guest guest
Dear Anne, Very interested in your " CPIB " . No way I can find it in the French medical litterature (I am French). And cardiology is my favourite subject. I suspect CPIB is in fact an English abbreviation : cardio-pulmonary something (???) (internal bypass???). If you give me the author's name and title of article, a quick ring might do the trick ?` Amicalement Jean-François
