Guest guest Posted February 7, 2011 Report Share Posted February 7, 2011 Today I did Prevention Drop It in 30 with Freytag. I did the Fat Blasting workout. I thought it would be 30 minutes but it turned out to be only 20 minutes so then I jumped on the exercise bike for 20 minutes. I had never done a Freytag workout before. I liked it, next time I will just do the full DVD, it has two workouts on it.
