Guest guest Posted January 7, 2011 Report Share Posted January 7, 2011 Good morning everyone, I forgot to post yesterdays workout, I didn't do any swings yesterday, decided to give my hands time to heal a little bit, so I did 30 Day shred levels 2 & 3 followed by Walk and Jog with .
