Good morning everyone, I forgot to post yesterdays workout, I didn't do any

swings yesterday, decided to give my hands time to heal a little bit, so I did

30 Day shred levels 2 & 3 followed by Walk and Jog with .  Started off

this morning doing 250 swings and Level 1 of 30 Day Shred....off to work now
