There is a book called NaturalMedicine Guide for Autism (I think that's the title) that does go intothe GF/CF diets. For us, we targeted casein since Zach was drinking so much dairy-about30-40 oz a day as a nearly 4 year old, and a friend tried it with muchsuccess with her son.We figured, couldn't hurt and it may help.it definitely helps! The website that I thought was helpful washttp://www.talkabou tcuringautism. organd the book ishttp://www.amazon. com/Natural- Medicine- Autism-Healthy- Guides/dp/ 1571742883But the book is about more than just Gf/CF.Fiengold Diet may also be useful, but I do think that is targetedmostly to ADHD.>> ,> I don't know if you all get tired of me talking...lol - but what youjust> said rang a bell with me - Wesley at certain times - has glowingcheeks and> chin - and we can't ever figure it out - my mother in law figuresthat he> has a skin rash and "oh lord lets go to the doctor" but it isn't all the> time - and it is normally after we feed him - so you are on a"casein and> dye free" diet? Is there a book out there that talks about that?> > Stay connected to the people that matter most with a smarter inbox. Take a look.
