CT with contrast, need help

Hi

I have a friend that has Chiari. Recently she's been experiencing many

troubling symptoms that appear to be coming from the low back (pain,

bladder, etc.)

She has a shunt in though, so without an adjustment on it, she can't have a

MRI. Does anyone know if a CT with contrast would show a tether? Any other

ways...sonogram, etc?
