Ran 5 miles + did most of Yoga for the SI Joint

It was a nice day for running, so I ran my 5 mile loop.   The good news is, my knee feels just fine!  The bad news is, my left hip is very upset with me, so I will need to see Dr. No this week.  GRRR!!  This is so damned frustrating! It's only 5 miles!  I see 60 year olds run that waterfront every day, why can't I do a measly run more than once a week???

To that end, I did lots of stretching with the foam roller and yoga for the s.i. joint.  Off to take some ibuprofen and a hot bath.
