I wanted to compare to Strong Body/Fit Body. I think I may like "ageless" better b/c it is easier to lift the appropriate weight since there are no "combined" exercises. I often like "combined" exercises, but in "Fit Body" some of the combos didn't allow me to lift heavy enough (such as a bicep curl and standing oblique work - I can definitely lift more than 5's for a bicep curl, but I didn't want to go heavier than that for standing oblique work - and b/c of the pacing of the workout there isn't enough time to switch out weights). Anyway - let's see if I remember "ageless": First Circuit - shoulder work and plie squats (3 sets of each). A feature I "forgot" about was after that first set an insert comes on the screen showing working the same muscle groups but w/ different variations. Second Circuit - Biceps and Traditional Squats (3 sets of each) Third - Triceps and Reverse Lunges (3 sets of each) Fourth - Rows and "sumo" squats (cross between plie and traditional) Then, on to floorwork which was more interesting/varied than on "Fit Body". We did some "bird dogs", pec flies, ab work, floorwork for the legs, bridge work. A lot of the floorwork had a "rehab" type feel to it - strengthening the stabilizer muscles. Ended w/ a good stretch. was also "calmer" in this one than in "Fit Body" - not as much shouting or dramatics! I'm going to try to get "Fit Body" in one more time. I did like it, but I think I like "Ageless" better. After my workout w/ I stretched out w/ a recorded Classical Stretch Episode from Season 5. Miranda did some more floorwork at the end so my outer thighs/hips were fried!! Anyway - hope everyone has a good day! Tomorrow is Firm Express - Ignite - Cardio & Sculpt. Not sure what I will add on. I am also not sure if I'll get to walk as they are predicting snow and our schools close at the drop of a flurry!
