Guest guest
It appears the valkion air helps with inhaled toxins. We had an evac system failure at work and I was breathing paint booth fumes in my office for about 45 minutes. I got short of breath with a heavy bolder-on-my-chest kind of feeling. Since I've never had asthma I can't compare, but it felt very much like how I've heard it described. It was an achy-bruised-constricted sensation in my chest when I was driving home (yea - I was outa there ASAP!) and I got on the valkion as soon as I walked in the door. After 15 minutes it was considerably improved. So I cranked on another 15 for a total of 30. After that amount of time I felt almost back to normal! That was a few hours ago it's starting to tighten up again, so I'm going to try another 15 minutes or so. I know you can get negative symptoms from overdoing it, but could it be any worse than lungs full of toxic paint fumes? I know my husband has done 30+ minutes at a time with no problems, but has anyone pushed it further than that? Just curious. P.S. I also drank 1/2 cup of " weak " activated water and will load up on antioxidants.
Guest guest
hi , did you remember to take some activated charcoal as well? I would also reach for chlorella if you have any. natasa It appears the valkion air helps with inhaled toxins. Guest guest
Thanks for the tip - I'll take both as soon as I've digested my lunch. I know the issue of charcoal absorbing nutrients is up in the air, but I need all I can get..... ;-) I just did another 30 minutes and can breathe without discomfort again. Waiting for the massive detox storm to hit. It's probably not the wisest decision, but I really like breathing easily. My poor husband is going to get a massive dose of everything when he gets home too. He wasn't just in the office, but in the back where the fumes were the worst trying to fix the problem. I need a hazmat shower - like in Monsters Inc! Hahahaha > > > > > hi , did you remember to take some activated charcoal as well? Guest guest
Good idea - I can see an epsom salt bath in my future tonight. Unfortunately I can't take much sulfur or phenol detox agents without pre-loading with PST support a few days in advance, so no glutathione for me today. Sulfate is fine, because that's at the end of the production line and doesn't need to be converted. After two 30 minutes valkion sessions I don't feel bad - just a bit jazzed and motivated to attack long neglected piles of mail and pay bills. Not a bad thing considering the state of my desk! > > > > > > > > > > > hi , did you remember to take some activated charcoal as > > well?
