Diflucan Diflucan can impair liver function. Any drug that requires a CBC and liver panel after ten days of use is dangerous in my book. Using the natural antifungals is a much better way to go, if they work for you. If not, then bring out the big guns and do the bloodwork to keep an eye on things. Good Luck.
