When I got home from Fitness last night (not much to relate this time, just some funny stories about his ex business partner from 15 years ago) I wasn't feeling well and crashed at 8:00.  This morning I woke up with a very sore throat so I stayed home from work today.  I don't feel that bad, but I'm coughing up a bit of gook and don't want to spread this to my team as they are all going to sdale, AZ for the big annual Sales Conference and it would be bad if they got sick there, they are working 24/7 while there (getting to go isn't as glamorous as it might seem, it's only glamorous if you're one of the sales reps, not the planners)

I watched 2 Blissology dvd's last night and they are breathtakingly beautiful.  These are the best ones yet of his.  They take place on Bali.  I've been to Bali so I really connect with these, some of the practices take place at temples I've visited!

My legs are still toast from Tuesday's session with Noel so i hope to be able to start the easier Metta Yoga weekend practice tomorrow.  If I feel better tonite I'd like to do an easier yoga practice just to stretch.  I do have this cool virgin cycling workout called Cy-Yo where you do yoga both before and after the cycling workout and it looks good!  Got it from the library and made a copy for myself (shh!)

I might just take today as a rest day too, we'll see.  My bod would probably welcome a break.I am hell bent on being able to run again.  I got Chi Running for my birthday and am eager to read this and learn more about proper running alignment and running injury free.  When I run 3-5 days a week, THAT is when the weight really starts to melt off for me.  I love running, such a sense of freedom, and the events are so....happy.  it's like going to church for me.  My ultimate goal is to run with the Nike running groups that meet on Mon and Wed after work and run downtown together.  I think I will meet some cool friends this way.  It has got to be better than online dating, which I'm sick of.
