Ouch, got a tough one in this morning.  I love the music in this one.  But, it still drug for me.  I did it all from start to finish though.  I also modified the abs a bit.  The way I feel right now, I'm expecting DOMS everywhere!  I think I had my weights maxed about everywhere with it too.  My burn was 566 calories with my average at 122.  Only a 9 calorie difference from last time I did it - amazing to me that they were so close.
