Does anyone have any idea's about the question I am asking

Have you ever had any issues like this before?

I was at a meeting last night in regards to the School district and voting.

Someone was explaining our views as parents and what we deal with from the School System

 

The comment was made that it is a State or federal Law I don't remember which but it was in regards to making comments about Life Skills during ARD meetings

When your child is included in class etc...

She said they know they should not say it

but they do.

 

Can anyone explain this to me?

I did not want to interrupt the meeting to discuss

what I did not understand.

 

I wanted to find out so next time I have an ARD meeting and this is

said again I can correct them on saying things they know they shouldn't be saying.
