Good morning all, I woke up still a little sore this morning, but better than yesterday. Today I did Jillian Shred it with Weights, Level 1. I didn't go quite as deep into the squats as I normally would have, but hey, at least I did something. I am off to a very stressful day at work today. There used to be 3 of us there and we could barely keep up, then they let one girl go, the other girl already gave me a heads up that she is calling in sick today. What a great way to start the week. I am going to get through it though, just like I always do. If my legs feel better tonite I would like to do 15 or 20 minutes on the exercise bike. I have weigh in tomorrow and want it to be good.
