Guest guest
Ok for some reason I cannot access the data base probably because I don't know much about computers so any help is appreciated. We recently started using mb12 and valtrex per Dr. Usman. I am suppose to take off the blue coating from the valtrex pill or just the one lettering? I though Dr. Usman said only the white lettering but at the time I wasn't aware of what the pill even looked like. We give 250 mg twice a day. Why are some of you giving it 3 times a day? Just curious. Also, we give the food usually at meal time, does this matter. What time of day is best to give the nasal spray? Should the spray be given the same time the pill is taken? So far have seen no change since starting the valtrex on December 22 pm and the spray on December 29. We were doing the shots and so no improvements good or bad. Guest guest
Yes, most of the families here are washing all the blue coating off and doing 250mg three times a day crushed and mixed in a liquid. I would try this specific delivery and dosage. MB12 seems to work best early in the day after food. There seems to be no problem with Valtrex and MB12 being taken together. - Stan > > Ok for some reason I cannot access the data base probably because I > don't know much about computers so any help is appreciated.
