Guest guest
Well, of course, one of the parents who poo-pooed my advice to get the shots separately, if at all, has a daughter who has reacted to the shot. She is 18 months old, and I remember someone giving advice as to what can be done when there is a reaction. I'll look it up in " the book " , but was hoping for some speedy replies. This is a truly wonderful child, and I'm hoping she won't regress! She has spots all over, and feels miserable. TIA, Liz

I have seen this before posted on abmd, but I cannot find it. If you are on the abmd list, I would post it there. If you are not, let me know and I will post it for you. , Sherri or some others will know what to do. Lynne

Guest guest
Check the Autism-Mercury (yahoo group) archives. I remember seeing something a few weeks ago, but I don't remember the details. I haven't been on this list long enough to have seen anything here. I remember lots of anti-oxidants, such as Vitamin C. Reaction to MMR shot-quick help requested Well, of course, one of the parents who poo-pooed my advice to get the shots separately, if at all, has a daughter who has reacted to the shot. Guest guest
A few things that come to mind: Vitamin A, benedryl, or epsom salts. ??? > Well, of course, one of the parents who poo-pooed my advice to get the shots > separately, if at all, has a daughter who has reacted to the shot. Guest guest
> Lynne, could you post it there? I'm not on it. Thanks. I posted it and I'll get back to you. Meanwhile, the parents should report it to their doctor and insist on filing a vaccine reaction. I think they should document every aspect of her reaction.
