How old are your kids, Jaclyn? That's why I love working out at a gym if I can... I don't get interrupted, but that's not always possible. My kids are a little older now, but they still interrupt me some when I'm working out at home. I just try to do something with them before I work out, then I tell them to give me 45 minutes to exercise, I will do something with them when I am done: craft, game, etc... that works for them, but they are 8 and 10. It's hard when they are young.

You ought to try to do CLX with us. I am LOVING it and I'm a cardio girl, but I love CLX. It's a good balance for me since all I do is Turbo Kick! lol Jump on board with us. We are just now starting the second phase, but you can start the Burn phase while we do the Push phase! :)

I do go to the gym 6-7 days a week but I feel like my routine is missing that extra umph, you know? I have seen results I have lost over thirty lbs since I joined the gym last April but I had bigger goals for myself. I have been stuck at 128 since august and it is so disappointing after all the time I spend at the gym. The classes are great but I feel like I get a better workout on my own sometimes. I miss being able to do Turbo Jam or TaeBo or P90X or any of the millions of workouts I used to enjoy before my 2nd baby came along. Plus I hear about everybody elses successes with ChaLEAN and I miss doing the workouts. I try trust me I do but a half hour workout takes close to an hour and a half with all the pausing I do and my hubby is not on board so I am on my own poor me LOL Little bit of a pity party from me today I would

definitely be willing to try to do ChaLEAN with you guys, when are you starting? I have done the Burn phase last November but thats as far as I got. Dare I start right on the Push phase with you guys?? And thanks Teena you are very thoughtful.

clx is hard to do around kids--i try not to do it around mine because they try

to pick up my dumbbells--danger!! and they distract me from the workout--have to

give it your full attention when lifting heavy.
