Guest guest Posted February 11, 2011 Report Share Posted February 11, 2011 Whew, I got a workout in. This week it will only be 5 days since yesterday I couldn't force myself to get one. I should be happy with that, but such a change from 7 days...ugh... Oh well. Anyway, I chose Jari's Body Rock. I really like this workout. It has a great beat with the music and gets the job done pretty well in a short amount of time. In a perfect world, it would have less chest (goes on forever), and more triceps. She spends about 20 seconds on triceps doing tricep push-ups is all... Shoulders, back and bis are probably worked perfectly, as well as lower body. The abs are actually pretty tough in this one too. Much different than her other routines. It's about a 40 minute workout with the warmup and cooldown. I burned 269 calories with my average at 112. Much more than last time (207/100). I wanted to do more, but ran out of time, and trying to be realistic...
