Ok, I did something a little different in my turbo kick classes tonight. Instead of my normal "round" abs, I did planks and pushups for the abs section. , I did 12 pushups on my toes!!! I'm telling you, there's just something different about doing a workout at home, and one at a gym; especially if you are teaching. I do a whole lot more if I am teaching, so I stayed on my toes for the first 12 pushups, then we did some planks and twisting planks (that's what I call them), then we did 12 more pushups. The second set I did on my knees. :( But that's ok, that's 12 more on my toes than what I've been doing at home!

I thought you would get a kick out of this, ! :)

ATTA GIRL, TEENA!  So proud of you and yes, when you're teaching you push yourself to 115% and SMILE while doing it!  Great job!!  Hoping we get Turbo Sport 3 and BO7 like, tomorrow!

Oh I'm hoping those are in my mail box when I get home!!! I'm so excited for them! Man, I try to smile while doing those pushups, but mostly I have a look of pain, I'm sure! lol I'm determined to do more... maybe I will like push ups one day like Chalene says we will if we do them enough! :)
