I just took him off Miralax and Fibersure (can't handle the inulin) and put him on Magnesium Citrate from Kirkman Labs. He did not have either yesterday or today and still managed to go. In fact, yesterday he clogged the toilet for the first time ever! (he is 3.5 years old) He is gluten, corn, and casein free, allergic to oats and banana (and all cross reactive foods) so it is hard to find fiber sources for him. At this point we stick with peas and pea soup, rice breakfast cereal, coconut grains, and yogurts. Epsom salt baths and the magnesium seems to really help.
