Guest guest Posted March 6, 2003 Report Share Posted March 6, 2003 Ok just a couple comments..Jo talked to me several months ago about soda..But did I listen NOO I drink diet Dr.Pepper so wasn't to worried about the sugar..Well the past week for some weird reason soda just didn't sound good I was craving lemonade...I have not had a soda in 9 days and have lost 7lbs in those 9 days that is the only change I've made so it has to be the soda guess all that sodium does more than I thought...Well thats all I have to say for now..lol julie in woodlake(-111) _________________________________________________________________ MSN 8 helps eliminate e-mail viruses. I crave the carbonation, well and of course my Coke...but will not go back there, as I have come to far to go back now... But I still have dreams about Coke that usually wake me up cause they always end the same...My stomach blows up! and makes a horrible mess...lol so no cokes for me... Regular is carbonation AND empty > calories. > in Bama ========================= All true....but bare in mind that the artificial sweeteners can cause 'sugar craving'....plus if your soda has caffeine then that can lend a hand to dehydration...plus the caffeine interferes with with the absorbtion of calcuim.
