One of the best ways to make sure you understand and manage your child's eligibility for SSI and the Medicaid is to learn to calculate your family's monthly deemed income and then your child's eligibility for SSI on a monthly basis. There is way to do that and its fairly easy ro do, but have to have someone teach you to do this. Once you learn to do this calculation, you will not be guessing about what your ongoing SSI/ Medicaid eligibility.
