Seeks Input on Accessibility of Polling Places Advocacy, Inc. (AI) is seeking input to determine whether polling places around the state are accessible to individuals with disabilities. AI is asking for people around the state to fill out and return the survey provided below. You do not have to have a disability to complete the survey. The survey results will be used to determine which counties and/or precincts AI should work with to bring them into compliance. The English version of the survey is available at http://www.advocacyinc.org/PDF/ElectionSurvey2010.pdf. The survey is also in Spanish at http://www.advocacyinc.org/PDF/ElectionSurvey2010-SP.pdf. If you want to complete the survey, please review it before going to vote and fill it out shortly after you vote. You should not take the survey into the polling place. Additionally, the Advocacy, Inc. voters’ rights hotline is operating with extended hours during early voting (now through Oct. 29) and on Election Day (Tuesday, Nov. 2).
