I had not heard of that abbreviation before, but found this on google and it

seems to make sense and be in English already, so no translation I would

say. But you might want to confirm this.

Can anyone help me out with the English equivalents of the German

abbreviations Gpt/l & Tpt/l (or gpt/l & tpt/l)? They are used as units for

lab values such as in:

Labor:

Hb 7,4 g/dl, Ery 2,43 Tpt/l, Reti 11 %o + 29 Gpt/l, PCV 22 %, MCV 91 fl,

I am more accustomed to seeing these cell counts as ng/L or #/L.
