Guest guest
My son has been traveling by plane since he was 5 months old, 2 to 3 times a year. When he was younger a baby bottle or sippy cup helped with the ear popping problem. When he got older chewing gum, eating salt water taffy or Starburst candy helped. He also learned that holding his nose and blowing will help pop his ears. A couple of winters ago when we were flying to Calif. he had some sinus drainage and became nauseous during the flight so the flight attendant gave him some warm ginger ale with a pinch of salt and it worked to take his nausea away.
