Guest guest Posted January 21, 2011 Report Share Posted January 21, 2011 Well, I had to do a short one today unless I wanted to cut my tea-time short or get up earlier (neither was going to happen). I had Kaysar's preschool screening.  Anyway,  I was originally going to do 's Quick Step, but I changed my mind at the last second and decided to do part of Seasun's Stepping Up. Wow, how I love this workout. The first two combos put me at the 30-minute mark. I did my cool-down in the shower..LOL.. Oh and practicing the traveling v-step.. it was hit or miss on that one whether I got it or not before. I finally worked on it enough and nailed it  I burned a nice 376 calories with my average at 138. Maybe next week I will work on more of the workout. I'm pretty certain I don't have the stamina for all of it in one shot, but breaking it up was totally tolerable D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
