Becky, I bought some yesterday!

I feel like a cold might be coming on, but I open the bottle and

can't get the nerve to take it -- I'm a wimp!

It just smells too fruity - I guess I know where Jack gets his

pickiness from.

We use Sambucol. It really works great for us.

My husband caught something at work last spring. The guy he caught it

from was sick for over 3 weeks. My husband recovered from it in 5

days. We started taking it before he got really sick and none of us

caught it from him. (This is saying a lot.) We also took Beta Glucan

at the same time.

My husband was definitely impressed.
