Thursday's workout - FIRM Express (ugh)

I really need to figure out what's going on with my body.

I had planned on doing two FIRM Express cardio workouts last night and for the

life of me I could barely get through the Ignite Cardio and it's only 20

minutes! Honestly, it's not like it's a super tough HIIT workout, right? Maybe

it is? Anyway, I got through that one and then I put in Cycle 2's cardio,

Accelerate. Rebekah leads this and it's high impact almost from the get go -

jumping jacks and skiing and the 8 second bursts are much more intense than

Cycle 1.

Well, after about 10 minutes I was done. My chest was tight, my head was

pounding, and I finished the leg thread bursts and went to cool down. I have no

idea why I couldn't get through this. I think I'll do the Turbo Jam Fat Blaster

or maybe the Turbo Fire HIIT 15 tonight, something I KNOW I can get through, and

I'll see if this new FIRM program is just deceptively difficult!

I did burn 350 calories in those 30 minutes, though, which was good.
