Missed a Thursday workout

We hosted our church group last night, so my workout time was " wasted " doing

boring things -- dusting, vacuuming, decluttering.. :-P

I just got heavier weights (10 lb dumbbells) for Christmas, and already I want

heavier ones. I thought it would take a while for me to break into the

10-pounders, but they seem tame already. They do get heavier with higher reps,

though! I've tried gripping two dumbbells per hand, but that puts too much

stress on my hands, which have mild arthritis damage.

Well, at least you were still active w/ the cleaning chores! I know what you mean about holding two weights - I have small-ish hands and it tends to stress them out if I do that!Donna
