B12 injections - frequency

Hello everyone. I have my son on Thorne folinic acid, and

LEF DMG. I have been using transdermal B12, but thought I would try

the injections. They are arriving tomorrow from Coastal

Compounding. I am currently involved with Pfeiffer treatment center,

and they recommend just ONE shot per week. I know other people that

give them every other day, some twice per week, etc. Any thoughts

on the frequency of the injections? Do you want to start at one per

week and work up? 's prescription is just for one per

week. They are coming in what I understand to be the " standard "

1250 mcg dosage. Thanks so much!
