Guest guest
Any reason at all to believe that TTFD is " hard " on kids livers? The autism-mercury board has some current discussion around this topic. Does anyone have any reason to believe that TTFD can complicate a child's liver function at all? Would there be any reason to wonder? Thanks- Walt
Guest guest
There is no evidence that TTFD is hard on the liver - in fact, a recent study on rats showed it to be beneficial to the liver. Dr. Lonsdale has many research papers published on the use of thiamine and has never seen any toxicity in the 17 years he has been working on it. I've never heard of any child using TTFD having any problem with elevation of liver enzymes. It assists the Krebs' cycle and has many benefits along with helping the body detoxify.
