Hi Everyone,I warmed up and woke up today with 1 mile of from her 2 mile workout from Walk Slim (this one is the one with the jogging intervals). After the first mile I popped in Firm Express, Cycle 2 - Accelerate Cardio w/ Rebekah as the lead. I like this one - it was a bit more high impact than Cycle 1. Generally, I prefer Rebekah to as an instructor. My only gripe is that lately the FIRM has thrown together different lunge variations - which are fine, but they are executed at what seems to me to be a breakneck pace which for me, tends to compromise form and/or not allow me to get the most out of the move. I'll have to figure a way to deal with that -either by slowing down or just substituting other moves. This is where I appreciate the Montenegro Method workouts - she did similar exercises, but

at a safer pace and also with less of a focus on being "unique" (as in, how many different things can I throw together in one move). After FIRM I finished

up with Mile 2 of . I may play around with different "wake up" and "cool down" workouts, also, for variety. Thinking some biking or treadmill or 10 Min Solutions may be nice here, too.After all that I finished up with Miranda's Back Pain DVD (new one) and just did lower back for 15 minutes. My back tightened up again yesterday - not from exercising, but from cleaning/decluttering my DD's room. May see if I can get into the chiro today just to nip anything in the bud. The Clasiscal Stretch was very helpful though.I probably should have done a different workout this morning, but felt like I wanted to "keep up" and get this one in.Take care!Donna
