Hi ,

You could get your urine checked out.

I get an increase in spasms in the legs when I have a UTI. Not all the time,

just when the infection is a bad one.

Thanks, Cherie! This is a good idea. I don't know

how it works, but I know when I have to pee really

bad, I get a headache. Oh, the wonders of the human

body.

My neurologist gave me robaxin for the spasms.

Knocked me for a loop last night. Wow! Didn't help

the pain, but my legs didn't move. Guess it's all

piecemeal, isn't it?

Thanks again. I'll let you know if I have a UTI.

Fine, thanks. And you?

I am sorry, Jan....... I am not completely sure what you mean by your

Question. Could you please explain further.

I will try to answer what I think you mean here.......I will still have

Spasms no matter what I do, and nothing really relieves them. Hope that is

what you were asking.

Me :)

Kelli,

I've been having leg spasms too. Mine are getting

painful.

I take robaxin when they get bad, or keep me up at

night. I hate these spasms. What a pain in the

butt!!

I have leg spasms too but only when laying on a trigger point. Vibrator

massage and stretching makes them stop (see my previous post on the

Sciatic Nerve stretch).

What is Robaxin and does it work?

Cherie -

That sounds about right, they way you described the leg spasms. I would say they usually last anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour.
