Cold and Flu/ things that helped me

just a FYI...

I already had the flu back in November, but kept getting colds

afterwards (sick one week, better the next, then sick again). Friday

I felt another one coming on with sore throat, stuffy nose, slight

cough. I immediately started the Sambucol black elderberry extract

(I had the liquid and I think it's nasty!)and got some Zicam cold

remedy (I have the oscillo for flu, but I didn't have any flu

symptoms so I passed on that one).

Sat. morning I woke up feeling great. I kept up the Sambucol until

yesterday and am tapering off the Zicam.

I'm just so tired of these darn bugs going around....

On top of that, a kid in my son's class has ring worm and had it all

last week while he was at school : (

Anyone have any good remedies should that arise?

Hopefully the lauricidin, olive leaf, biocidin, and gse that I rotate

will keep it away...
