Guest guest
I love mindless cardio. I had one of those today too (just posted it). Glad your hip flexor is doing better! Thursday - Bike, TM, Pilates Hi Everyone, Today was a version of "mindless" cardio again: started with 20 min on the bike - easy warm-up, moderate for approx 10 min, higher intensity for 4, cool down for 1. Then, I hopped on the TM and did a hill climb (approx 15 min) followed by a power walk/run (approx 15 min) for a total of 30 minutes. After that, it was Perfect in 10 Pilates w/ Annette Fletcher (I feel close to caving on her new rehab routine for low back and hips!) - I did the ab, legs and flexibility sections. My hip flexor is feeling a bit better - yay - whenever it acts up I find that doing the side-series in Pilates helps it, so that was the reason behind my add-on today. Tomorrow is TurboCharge Cardio & Sculpt and some form of add-on....... Hope everyone has a good Thursday!Donna
Guest guest
Great job Donna!Do you ever do intervals where you go at a moderate pace for 1 or 2 minutes then go fast for 2 minutes alternating? I have 3 interval plans I got from No Excuses Workout....I do them 3 days a week then the rest of the time I do my own thing...some intervals, and some steady pace. I will be adding in some more walking workouts to challenge my body and hopefully start losing weight again.I'm so frustrated as I've been eating healthy and counting calories! Guest guest
Hi Jen! Yes, I'll do intervals like that also. I like doing intervals b/c it makes the time go by faster!
