It is labeled as number 1, but I think it is mislabeled and that it is actually number two. Anyhoo, it was a great workout. I went to the 12 lb. kettlebell for the first time today. It seems like there were an awful lot of rest breaks in this one, oh well, I'm never one to complain about to many rests. The only thing that gave me problems in this one was the deck squats. I knew they would be hard for me so I had gone with the smaller 7 lb. kettlebell but was not able to do more than 3 when we were supposed to do sets of 10. My son came in when I was doing these and after he was done laughing at me, he told me it probably would be easier if I stayed with the heavier bell as it would help give me more push to get myself up. On the last set I went back to the 12 lb bell and was actually able to get in about 6 so I guess he was right. I may try going to the 15 lb. bell next time on this one.
