We have an electric oven and a cold house, so having that insulated container has made yogurt possible for us. My son much prefers our Nigerian goats’ yogurt to anything else, and without the Yogotherm it would be next to impossible. I will say that the hours suggested don’t really hold true for us, but we just give it the extra time it needs and he’s happy. Hope that helps.
