I had very little time and lots of stress so I wanted effective but mindless without chatter either. I also have a surprising amount of DOMS in my triceps from the kickboxing workouts I did yesterday so I didn't want much upper body work. I chose Madeline ' Walking for Weight Loss today. I only did the 2nd & 3rd walking/lower body toning workouts and the stretch for a 30 minute workout. I followed the advanced modifier and ended up being in my zone for 15 minutes even though the actual cardio portion of the workout was less than 20 minutes! I really wanted to get as much out of this as I could and I did. I always think of this as easy and almost avoided doing it today because I wanted more. I chose it because it has lower body toning and mindless cardio (walking/prancing/jogging -- no combinations). It can certainly be done on a low energy day for an easy workout but you can also power it up easily and get a lot more out of it like I did today. One great thing about being a vidiot is having choices to fit every mood!
