Guest guest Posted February 9, 2011 Report Share Posted February 9, 2011 Hi Everyone, Today was my last time for this cycle of doing Firm Express Accelerate Cardio & Sculpt. I really enjoyed this phase!! Looking forward to the next phase which Alison -McLean leads. Since I was a horrible carb monster (everything from starches to sugars) yesterday I added on the Firm Express Pump It Up - at tough 10 minutes for sure. I went lighter with it b/c they do several (all??) of the bursts while holding weights and last time I did this one my back tightened up a lot by doing this. Keeping it lighter was a good plan as I survived w/ no more tightness than usual. I followed up with Austin's Pilates workout - a library borrow - it has 2 20 min routines on it - one is more traditional matwork the other is yoga blended with Pilates. I stuck w/ the traditional matwork and found it pretty challenging. seems to do more repetitions! She is also calm in this one and doesn't say anything weird. I may give the second workout a try, but I'm very wary of doing yoga - particularly "flow" practices since that often makes my back complain. Hope everyone has a good day.
